Section 2 — Products & Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

Product appearance may vary slightly due to factors such as screen settings or manufacturing processes.

We reserve the right to modify, limit quantities of, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice, except for orders already confirmed.

All products are intended for personal use only. Resale without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Section 3 — Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by ALIXWAX. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability issues. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amounts.

Prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Section 4 — Shipping & Delivery

ALIXWAX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Section 5 — Returns, Refunds & Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. All ALIXWAX orders are backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as further described in our Refund Policy.

  • If you are not satisfied with how a product worked for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, even if the item has been used, by contacting info@alixwax.com.
  • If you simply changed your mind, unused items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used cosmetic or personal care products can only be returned under the "not satisfied" path above, not the change-of-mind path.

EU/UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you separately have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALIXWAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Our products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition unless explicitly stated. If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

Section 9 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in this section deprives you of the protections afforded to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

EU Online Dispute Resolution: If you are an EU consumer, you may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes without going to court.

Section 10 — Changes to Terms
