Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. We offer two return paths, depending on your situation:
If you're not satisfied with how the product works for you: We stand behind our products. If your Winged Eyeliner Stamp didn't meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@alixwax.com — we'll guide you through a straightforward refund, even if the item has been used.
If you simply changed your mind: Unused items in their original, unopened packaging, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty and personal care items can only be returned under the "not satisfied with the product" path above, not the change-of-mind path.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. To ensure your parcel arrives safely, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as ALIXWAX cannot guarantee responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Delivery Inspection

Refunds
